Create Request

You need to submit your return or exchange request along with your order number to our customer service.

Products reaching our warehouse are inspected by our quality control team for damage, packaging condition, and usability.

As a result of the inspection, the product's compliance with return conditions is determined, and you are officially notified.

Refunds for approved returns are transmitted to your bank via the original payment method.

Return Conditions & Policies

General Return Conditions

You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date within the scope of the right of withdrawal. Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, intact, unused, and must not have lost their resalability. Returns of installed or deformed products are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

'Project' orders produced with special size or color requests, custom-made productions, and products in the end-of-series (outlet) category cannot be returned. Additionally, returns of adhesives and auxiliary materials whose chemical structure may deteriorate are not accepted due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Shipping Process

After your return request is approved, you must send the products securely packaged via our contracted logistics company. Returns of products with damaged original boxes/packaging or with shipping labels directly attached may not be approved. Shipping costs for arbitrary returns belong to the buyer.

Refund Period

Following the approval of your return, your refund transactions are initiated within 3 business days. The reflection of the fee to your account may vary between 3-7 business days depending on your bank's transaction processes. For installment purchases, refunds may be made in installments by the bank.
