Order & Confirmation Process

Your order is delivered to your address on a curb-side delivery basis. During delivery, the authorized person can receive the product by presenting identification.

Shipping & Pricing

Shipping and transportation costs may vary depending on the volume, weight of the ordered product, and the delivery region. The final shipping cost will be notified to you at the payment step or by our sales representative. We reserve the right to change shipping fees during promotion periods or special campaign conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the order date, stock status of the product, and the distance of the delivery address. The stated times are not binding commitments; logistical operational intensity, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen force majeure may cause changes in lead times.

Damage & Receipt Procedure

During delivery, it must be checked whether there is any deformation, tearing, or crushing on the outer surface of the product packages. In case of any damage detection, a 'Damage Assessment Report' must be drawn up with the cargo official, and the product should not be accepted. Liability is not accepted for damaged deliveries where no report is kept.

International & Project Shipments

Shipments outside of Turkey and high-volume project-based orders are subject to special export procedures. In such shipments, customs legislation, country taxes, and international shipping rules apply, and the process is specially managed by our sales department.

Insurance & Assurance

All our shipments are covered by transport insurance from the moment they leave our warehouse until they reach the delivery address. In case of possible loss or damage, the insurance policy conditions will apply.
